Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add the dry mix to the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and chopped pistachios.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies sit on the tray for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
