  • Yield: 4 servings 1x
  • Diet: Vegetarian

Description

Delightful sliders made with crispy hash browns, fluffy scrambled eggs, and zesty pickles, perfect for brunch gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Frozen hash browns
  • 4 large eggs
  • Dill or sweet pickles
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter or oil
  • Cheddar or pepper jack cheese (optional)
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of butter. Once melted, add frozen hash browns in an even layer. Cook until they form a golden crust on one side before flipping.
  2. In a bowl, scramble eggs with seasoning. In a separate pan, melt butter over low heat, pour in the eggs, and cook until soft and fluffy.
  3. Cut the crispy hash browns into squares, top one square with scrambled eggs and a pickle slice, then cover with another hash brown. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  4. For extra crispiness, toast the assembled sliders in the oven for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the pan when cooking hash browns for the best crispiness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
