Description
Delightful sliders made with crispy hash browns, fluffy scrambled eggs, and zesty pickles, perfect for brunch gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- Frozen hash browns
- 4 large eggs
- Dill or sweet pickles
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter or oil
- Cheddar or pepper jack cheese (optional)
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder (to taste)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of butter. Once melted, add frozen hash browns in an even layer. Cook until they form a golden crust on one side before flipping.
- In a bowl, scramble eggs with seasoning. In a separate pan, melt butter over low heat, pour in the eggs, and cook until soft and fluffy.
- Cut the crispy hash browns into squares, top one square with scrambled eggs and a pickle slice, then cover with another hash brown. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- For extra crispiness, toast the assembled sliders in the oven for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the pan when cooking hash browns for the best crispiness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
