- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers

Instructions
- Prepare the cheesecake mixture: In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Mix until completely combined but be careful not to over-mix.

- Chill: Allow the mini cheesecakes to cool, then transfer them to the fridge for at least two hours.

- Garnish and serve: Sprinkle edible flowers or fresh mint leaves around the mini cheesecakes and spread colorful fruits across the surface.
