Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  4. Fold in the all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt gently.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized pieces of dough and roll them into balls, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until set but not browned.
