Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the unsalted butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the vanilla extract and crushed peppermint candy, stirring until combined.
- Fold in the all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt gently.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized pieces of dough and roll them into balls, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes until set but not browned.
- Let the cookies cool slightly before rolling them in powdered sugar.

Notes
