Description

Delightful hot chocolate bombs filled with rich chocolate and refreshing peppermint, perfect for cozy gatherings during the winter season.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  2. Coat the insides of silicone molds with the melted chocolate, ensuring an even layer and chill for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Repeat the coating process for a sturdier shell and chill again.
  4. In a bowl, combine cocoa powder, mini marshmallows, and crushed peppermint candy.
  5. Fill half of the chocolate shells with the cocoa mixture and additional crushed peppermint, sealing with the other half.
  6. Drizzle with white chocolate and add more crushed candy for decoration.
  7. Chill for an hour to set.
  8. To serve, drop a bomb into a mug and pour hot milk over it to enjoy.

Notes

Avoid over-melting the chocolate and use silicone molds for easy release.
