- 1 Baguette or Crostini Base
- 8 oz Brie Cheese
- 2 Fresh or Dried Pears
- 1 cup Cranberries
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 cup Chopped Nuts (optional, walnuts or pecans)
- Fresh Herbs (thyme or rosemary)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the baguette into ½-inch thick slices.
- Toast the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet for 5–7 minutes, or until golden.
- Prepare the toppings by slicing pears thinly and simmering fresh cranberries with sugar and water if necessary.
- Assemble the crostini by spreading Brie on warm toast, adding pears, cranberries, and nuts.
- Drizzle with honey for sweetness.
- Sprinkle with fresh herbs for aroma.
- Bake assembled crostini for a couple of minutes for extra melt (optional).
- Serve warm and enjoy!
