Ingredients

Instructions
- Wash and dry the greens thoroughly.
- Slice the pears into wedges or bite-sized pieces.
- In a small bowl, whisk together minced shallots, olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Let sit for a few minutes.
