Instructions
- Prepare Your Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
- Make the Oreo Crust: In a food processor, crush Oreo cookies. Mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan.
- Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: Blend cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract until combined.
