  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or olive oil.
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels, then season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese with herbs, a pinch of salt, and a splash of olive oil.
  4. Dip each chicken thigh into the cheese mixture, pressing gently to adhere, and place them in the greased baking dish.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes, then drizzle the sauce over the chicken in the baking dish.
