Description

A whimsical dessert combining the classic flavors of Oreos with the playful presentation of sushi rolls, filled with whipped cream cheese and fresh fruits.


Ingredients

  • 15 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 cup whipped cream cheese
  • Rice papers
  • Fresh fruits (strawberries, bananas, kiwi)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Mix crushed Oreos with whipped cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Prepare a workstation with a damp cloth and take a sheet of rice paper, dipping it briefly in warm water.
  4. Spread the Oreo and cream cheese mixture onto the rice paper, about one-third of the way down. Add fruit slices on top.
  5. Roll from the top down, tucking in the sides as you go. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  6. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.

Notes

Use a wet knife to slice the rolls for easier handling. Keep a damp cloth on hand to maintain the rice paper’s softness.
