Description
A whimsical dessert combining the classic flavors of Oreos with the playful presentation of sushi rolls, filled with whipped cream cheese and fresh fruits.
Ingredients
Scale
- 15 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 cup whipped cream cheese
- Rice papers
- Fresh fruits (strawberries, bananas, kiwi)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Mix crushed Oreos with whipped cream cheese until well combined.
- Prepare a workstation with a damp cloth and take a sheet of rice paper, dipping it briefly in warm water.
- Spread the Oreo and cream cheese mixture onto the rice paper, about one-third of the way down. Add fruit slices on top.
- Roll from the top down, tucking in the sides as you go. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
Notes
Use a wet knife to slice the rolls for easier handling. Keep a damp cloth on hand to maintain the rice paper’s softness.
