- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed Oreos
- 1 cup M&Ms (regular or mini)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Add the eggs one by one, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda, then gradually add it to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the crushed Oreos and M&Ms until evenly distributed.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden but centers are slightly underbaked.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For best results, chill the dough for about 30 minutes before baking to improve flavors and prevent spreading.
