Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos
  • 1 cup M&Ms (regular or mini)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Add the eggs one by one, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda, then gradually add it to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the crushed Oreos and M&Ms until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, leaving space between them.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden but centers are slightly underbaked.
  8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
