- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

- 2 egg whites
Instructions
- Prepare the Mixing Bowl: Ensure your mixing bowl is clean and dry.
- Whip the Cream: Beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Combine Nutella and Vanilla: Mix Nutella and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the Cream: Gently fold in a third of the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture, then add the remaining whipped cream.
- Whip the Egg Whites: In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites to soft peaks.
- Combine Everything: Fold the whipped egg whites into the Nutella mixture gently.
- Chill: Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve: Top with whipped cream, nuts, or shaved chocolate before serving.
Notes
Use cold mixing bowls for the best volume while whipping. Be cautious not to overmix ingredients.
