Delightful Nutella crepes filled with chocolate-hazelnut spread and optionally topped with fresh fruit.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Nutella (to taste)
- Fresh fruit (sliced bananas or strawberries, optional)
- Powdered sugar (for serving)
- Whipped cream (for serving, optional)
Instructions
- Whisk together the flour and eggs in a mixing bowl.
- Gradually add milk while stirring until you achieve a smooth batter.
- Melt butter and mix it into the batter.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and brush with melted butter.
- Pour a ladle of batter into the skillet, tilting to spread evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift slightly.
- Flip the crepe and cook the other side for an additional 30 seconds.
- Remove the crepe from the skillet and repeat with remaining batter, stacking cooked crepes on a warm plate.
- Spread Nutella on each crepe and add fresh fruit if desired, then fold.
- Serve with powdered sugar or whipped cream if desired.
Notes
For gluten-free, substitute all-purpose flour with a gluten-free blend. Almond milk can be used for a dairy-free option, and ground flaxseeds can replace eggs.
