Description

Delightful Nutella crepes filled with chocolate-hazelnut spread and optionally topped with fresh fruit.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Nutella (to taste)
  • Fresh fruit (sliced bananas or strawberries, optional)
  • Powdered sugar (for serving)
  • Whipped cream (for serving, optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the flour and eggs in a mixing bowl.
  2. Gradually add milk while stirring until you achieve a smooth batter.
  3. Melt butter and mix it into the batter.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and brush with melted butter.
  5. Pour a ladle of batter into the skillet, tilting to spread evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift slightly.
  6. Flip the crepe and cook the other side for an additional 30 seconds.
  7. Remove the crepe from the skillet and repeat with remaining batter, stacking cooked crepes on a warm plate.
  8. Spread Nutella on each crepe and add fresh fruit if desired, then fold.
  9. Serve with powdered sugar or whipped cream if desired.

Notes

For gluten-free, substitute all-purpose flour with a gluten-free blend. Almond milk can be used for a dairy-free option, and ground flaxseeds can replace eggs.
