  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of a lined baking pan to create the crust. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until creamy and smooth. Gradually add the granulated sugar and mix until combined. Add the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated. Stir in the Nutella and vanilla extract until fully blended.
  3. Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust, spreading it evenly. Optionally add dollops of extra Nutella on top and swirl for a marbled effect.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Be careful not to over-bake.
  5. Let cool in the pan on a wire rack. After cooling, chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
