- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup toffee sauce
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and chill for 15 minutes.
- Make the filling: Beat cream cheese and half of the toffee sauce until smooth. Optionally add powdered sugar.
- Assemble the pie: Layer sliced bananas over the crust, then pour the cream cheese mixture over the bananas. Drizzle remaining toffee sauce on top.
- Chill and serve: Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving. Top with whipped cream and more toffee sauce if desired.
