- 1 tsp cinnamon or vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate with nut butter and sweetener, stirring until blended.
- Add rolled oats, chopped nuts, and coconut flakes to the mixture, folding until fully incorporated.
- Form small balls of the mixture using your hands, rolling them to achieve a round shape.
- Roll each truffle in crushed nuts or coconut flakes for a pinecone-like appearance.
- Place truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
