- 1 box (3.9 oz) chocolate pudding mix

- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1/2 cup toasted coconut, for garnish
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into a pie dish and refrigerate.
- Make the filling: In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy. Add chocolate pudding mix and milk; mix until thickened. Fold in whipped cream.
- Assemble the pie: Pour filling into the crust, smooth the top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve with garnish: Top with toasted coconut and chopped pecans. Slice and serve with chocolate sauce if desired.
