A delightful and creamy no-bake cheesecake infused with the flavors of spiced apples and topped with caramel glaze.

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2–3 fresh apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), diced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce, for drizzling
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing the graham crackers and mixing with melted butter and sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth, then gently fold in the whipped cream.
- Dice apples and fold into the cheesecake filling. Optional: sauté them in butter with sugar and cinnamon.
- Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the crust, layer with sautéed apples if desired, then top with remaining filling.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and garnish with sliced almonds before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese. Almond flour can also be used for a gluten-free crust.
