Scale
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

- Assemble the pie: Preheat oven to 375°F. Roll out chilled crust and place in pie dish. Pour filling into crust.
- Bake: Bake for 35-40 minutes until crust is golden and filling bubbles. Cool before slicing.
- Serve: Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
Notes
