Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 cups cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz sautéed mushrooms (button or cremini)

  3. Sauté the sliced mushrooms in melted butter over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, adding garlic powder.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine sautéed mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and soy sauce.
  5. Fold in the blanched green beans and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with French fried onions.
