Ingredients

- 4 Salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Miso paste (white or yellow)
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter, softened
- 1–2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs (Chives or parsley) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine miso paste, softened butter, minced garlic, and honey. Mix until smooth.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down on a greased baking dish; season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the miso butter mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until flaky and partially opaque.
- Sprinkle fresh herbs over the top and serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure to let the salmon rest for a few minutes after baking to retain moisture. Serve with your favorite sides like garlic sautéed spinach or jasmine rice.
