- 4 Salmon Fillets
- 3 tbsp Miso Paste
- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- Chives or Green Onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together softened butter, miso paste, soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic until smooth to make the miso butter.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet and generously spread the miso butter mixture over the top.
- Bake the salmon in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Sprinkle with chopped chives or green onions before serving.
Notes
For an irresistible char, broil the salmon for the last few minutes but watch closely. Let it rest before serving for enhanced flavor.
