Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup (115g) Butter
- 1 cup (240ml) Water
- 1 cup (125g) All-Purpose Flour
- 4 Eggs
- Ice Cream of your choice (Vanilla, Chocolate, etc.)
- Chocolate Sauce (Homemade or store-bought)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter in water over medium heat until boiling. Stir in the flour until a ball forms. Remove from heat and cool for a few minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, stirring until fully incorporated, resulting in a smooth dough.
- Pipe small mounds (1 inch in diameter) onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Crack the oven door and cool inside for 10 minutes.
- Slice puff in half, fill with ice cream, drizzle chocolate sauce, and serve immediately!
Notes
Avoid opening the oven door during baking to prevent collapse. Allow puffs to cool before filling to prevent melting the ice cream.
