Delicious mini bites of buttery puff pastry filled with creamy brie and tart cranberry sauce, perfect for holiday gatherings.

- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and slice it into squares, about 3 inches wide.
- Place a square of pastry in each cup of a greased muffin tin. Add a slice of brie and a teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top. Sprinkle herbs if desired.
- Fold the corners of the pastry square over the top and press gently to seal the edges.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the pastry.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
Notes
Best served warm; can be frozen before baking. Thaw and bake when ready to serve.
