Description

Delicious mini bites of buttery puff pastry filled with creamy brie and tart cranberry sauce, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 wheel of brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and slice it into squares, about 3 inches wide.
  3. Place a square of pastry in each cup of a greased muffin tin. Add a slice of brie and a teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top. Sprinkle herbs if desired.
  4. Fold the corners of the pastry square over the top and press gently to seal the edges.
  5. Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the pastry.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden.
  7. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Best served warm; can be frozen before baking. Thaw and bake when ready to serve.
