Description

Delicious bite-sized cheeseballs made with cream cheese, cheddar, goat cheese, and rolled in crunchy nuts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (chives, parsley, dill), finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your cheeses at room temperature.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sharp cheddar, and goat cheese. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in minced herbs, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
  4. Use a small cookie scoop or your hands to form bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Roll each cheeseball in chopped nuts until well coated.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.

Notes

Allow bites to sit out for a few minutes before serving for best flavor. Personalize with your favorite herbs and nuts.
