Delicious bite-sized cheeseballs made with cream cheese, cheddar, goat cheese, and rolled in crunchy nuts.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 oz goat cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (chives, parsley, dill), finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all your cheeses at room temperature.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sharp cheddar, and goat cheese. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in minced herbs, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
- Use a small cookie scoop or your hands to form bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Roll each cheeseball in chopped nuts until well coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
Notes
Allow bites to sit out for a few minutes before serving for best flavor. Personalize with your favorite herbs and nuts.
