  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs or crushed buttery crackers

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken by grilling, baking, or sautéing until fully cooked. If using leftovers, shred or chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and chopped mushrooms, sautéing until softened and browned.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, sautéed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Stir in spices and fresh herbs.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs or crushed crackers with melted butter and a sprinkle of cheese.
