- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Shred or chop rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- If using store-bought tostadas, skip to the next step; otherwise, bake corn tortillas in a preheated oven at 400°F for 5-7 minutes on each side until crisp.
- Spread a thin layer of black beans on each tostada.
- Top with a generous pile of shredded chicken.
- Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, and avocado on top.
- Sprinkle with crumbled cheese and drizzle fresh lime juice over it before serving.
