- 1 store-bought rotisserie chicken
- 8 corn tostadas
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 lime
- Salt to taste
- Optional: sour cream or Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Shred the rotisserie chicken, removing skin and bones. Season with lime juice, salt, and spices.
- If pre-made, place tostadas on a baking sheet. If frying, heat oil and fry tortillas until crispy.
- Layer shredded chicken, avocado, salsa, and lettuce or cabbage on the tostadas.
- Top with cilantro and lime juice, and add sour cream or yogurt if desired.
- Serve immediately while crispy.
