Ingredients

  • 8 corn tostadas
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: sour cream or Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Shred the rotisserie chicken, removing skin and bones. Season with lime juice, salt, and spices.
  2. If pre-made, place tostadas on a baking sheet. If frying, heat oil and fry tortillas until crispy.
  3. Layer shredded chicken, avocado, salsa, and lettuce or cabbage on the tostadas.
  4. Top with cilantro and lime juice, and add sour cream or yogurt if desired.
  5. Serve immediately while crispy.
