- 2 large Sweet Onions
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
- Prep the onions: Slice onions thinly and caramelize in butter over medium heat for 20–25 minutes.
- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, egg, Parmesan, and seasonings in a bowl.
- Roll the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Sear meatballs in a skillet until brown (optional).
- Layer meatballs and caramelized onions in the crock pot; add broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
- Serve on mashed potatoes, with crusty bread, or as sliders with cheese.
