  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and baking soda; whisk until blended.
  4. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, folding gently.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
