Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

- Sift together the all-purpose flour, matcha powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
