Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter or Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

Instructions

  1. Chop strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together matcha, oats, chia seeds, and coconut flakes.
  3. In another bowl, mix almond butter and maple syrup until smooth.
  4. Combine wet mix into dry mixture and fold until sticky paste forms.
  5. Gently fold in strawberries.
  6. Form clusters on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Refrigerate for at least an hour to firm up.

Notes

For an extra treat, drizzle with melted chocolate or dust with powdered sugar before serving.
