Instructions
- Chop strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together matcha, oats, chia seeds, and coconut flakes.
- In another bowl, mix almond butter and maple syrup until smooth.
- Combine wet mix into dry mixture and fold until sticky paste forms.
- Gently fold in strawberries.
- Form clusters on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour to firm up.
