Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Pork Tenderloin
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, mustard, minced garlic, and fresh herbs; pour this mixture over the seared tenderloin.
  4. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast the tenderloin for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute pork with chicken or tofu. Serve alongside garlic mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
