- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme
- 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary
- 1 tbsp Fresh Sage
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat, season the tenderloin with salt and pepper, and sear it for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, mustard, minced garlic, and fresh herbs; pour this mixture over the seared tenderloin.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast the tenderloin for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven, let it rest for 5-10 minutes, slice, and serve with the pan sauce drizzled over the top.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute pork with chicken or tofu. Serve alongside garlic mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
