- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp citrus zest (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and granulated sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the heavy whipping cream and eggs, one at a time, mixing until incorporated.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and salt, along with the citrus zest.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in the cheesecake batter.
- Bake for approximately 35-45 minutes until the top is brown and the center is slightly wobbly.
- Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Lift the cheesecake out using the parchment paper, slice, and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Avoid overmixing the batter to prevent cracks. Check for doneness with a slight jiggle in the center.
