Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the wings with olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Mix to coat evenly and marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.
  4. Arrange the marinated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping them halfway through until they are crispy and browned.
  6. Toss wings with more lemon juice, black pepper, and salt if desired. Serve hot with lemon slices and fresh herbs.
