- 4 tablespoons butter
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon

Instructions
- Marinate chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and lemon zest for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken thighs skin-side down until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes. Flip and cook for another 6 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and fresh herbs. Cook until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken stock and lemon juice, scraping the bottom of the skillet. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
- Transfer chicken to a serving platter, pour sauce over, and garnish with lemon slices and herbs.
- Serve with roasted vegetables, a fresh salad, or mashed potatoes.
