Ingredients

- 1 lb Fresh Spinach
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 2 Green Onions, sliced
Instructions
- Blanch the Spinach: Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. Add a pinch of salt. Add spinach and blanch for 30 seconds, then transfer to an ice bath.
- Prepare the Dressing: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Whisk until blended.
- Squeeze and Drain: Once cooled, squeeze out excess water from the spinach.
- Combine Ingredients: Toss blanched spinach with the dressing, sesame seeds, and green onion.
- Serve and Enjoy: Transfer to a serving dish and serve at room temperature or chilled.
Notes
For added tang, you can include a splash of rice vinegar in the dressing.
