Ingredients
Scale

- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1 Asian pear, grated (or kiwi)
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 green onion, sliced for garnish
- Cooking oil (for sautéing)

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and grated pear. Add sliced beef and toss until coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

- Enjoy with friends and family!
