Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, and salt until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour a small amount of batter, swirling to spread it evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly golden and stack on a plate.
- In a mixing bowl, combine whipped cream, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and jasmine extract. Whip until light and airy.
- On a flat surface, place one crepe down, spread a layer of jasmine cream, and top with green grape slices. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Wrap the assembled roll in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Slice the roll to reveal layers and serve with extra grapes or edible flowers.
