Instructions

  2. Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil and lower the eggs in. Cook for 6-7 minutes.
  3. Transfer eggs to ice water for 5 minutes to stop cooking.
  4. In a small skillet, melt butter over low heat, add chili flakes and salt, and cook for a couple of minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with minced garlic, olive oil, and salt until combined.
