- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2–3 Jalapeños, sliced
- 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled (or turkey bacon)
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Fresh Herbs (cilantro or parsley), for garnish
- Optional: Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to the desired thickness.
- Slice the jalapeños and remove seeds if you want a milder flavor.
- In a bowl, blend cream cheese, minced garlic, and a handful of shredded cheddar.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly across the rolled-out dough.
- Top with sliced jalapeños and sprinkle crispy bacon bits generously.
- Cover with more cheddar cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute bacon with sautéed mushrooms. Fresh ingredients yield the best flavor.
