Description

A festive and sparkling drink perfect for winter gatherings, blending champagne, fresh orange juice, and blue curaçao.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 ounces blue curaçao
  • Champagne or sparkling wine
  • Optional garnishes: fresh orange slices, mint sprigs, pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  1. Chill champagne or sparkling wine in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  2. Squeeze fresh oranges to get about 1 cup of juice, straining out pulp if desired.
  3. In a pitcher, gently mix the fresh orange juice and blue curaçao.
  4. In a champagne flute, pour the orange juice and blue curaçao mixture until it’s about halfway full.
  5. Top off with chilled champagne or sparkling wine, filling to the rim.
  6. Add your choice of garnish.

Notes

Pour the champagne slowly to maintain bubbles, and feel free to adjust proportions based on taste preferences.
