- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 ounces blue curaçao
- Champagne or sparkling wine
- Optional garnishes: fresh orange slices, mint sprigs, pomegranate seeds
Instructions
- Chill champagne or sparkling wine in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- Squeeze fresh oranges to get about 1 cup of juice, straining out pulp if desired.
- In a pitcher, gently mix the fresh orange juice and blue curaçao.
- In a champagne flute, pour the orange juice and blue curaçao mixture until it’s about halfway full.
- Top off with chilled champagne or sparkling wine, filling to the rim.
- Add your choice of garnish.
