- 1/2 cup lukewarm water

Instructions
- Combine cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Gradually add lukewarm water while mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough back in the bowl, cover, and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into balls.
- On a floured surface, roll each ball into a flat, oval shape about ¼ inch thick.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and lightly brush with oil if desired.
- Cook each rolled-out naan for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown and bubbles form, then flip and cook another 2-3 minutes.
- Repeat the process with the remaining dough and enjoy warm.
