Instructions

  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough back in the bowl, cover, and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into balls.
  6. On a floured surface, roll each ball into a flat, oval shape about ¼ inch thick.
  7. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and lightly brush with oil if desired.
  8. Cook each rolled-out naan for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown and bubbles form, then flip and cook another 2-3 minutes.
