A simple and delicious banana ice cream made with ripe bananas and cream, perfect for warm afternoons and family gatherings.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 cup heavy cream or coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons honey, maple syrup, or agave (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and cut them into smaller chunks.
- Place the banana chunks into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add in the cream (or coconut milk), sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend again until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container. Seal it tightly and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Once frozen, take the container out of the freezer and insert it into the Ninja Creami machine.
- Process it using the “Ice Cream” setting until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Scoop out into bowls and enjoy! Top with favorite fruits, nuts, or a drizzle of chocolate.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for the best sweetness. Allow to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for easier scooping.
