  • 2 cups low-carb vegetables (broccoli or spinach)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms and garlic until golden and fragrant (5-7 minutes).
