  • Fresh or dried thyme and rosemary

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  2. Place chicken in the crockpot.
  3. In a bowl, mix the gravy mix with chicken broth and whisk until smooth; pour over chicken.
  4. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Near the end of cooking, shred the chicken and return to the gravy.
