  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Prepare the wet ingredients in another bowl by beating together eggs, milk, and oil. Add orange zest.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently. Avoid overmixing; a few lumps are fine.
  5. Fold in the cranberries carefully to distribute them in the batter.
  6. Scoop the batter into muffin cups, filling them about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
