- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Prep your shrimp: Peel and devein shrimp, keeping tails intact. Rinse and pat dry.
- Sauté the filling: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and mushrooms; cook for 5–7 minutes until tender. Stir in herbs, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, and Parmesan.
- Stuff the shrimp: Gently stuff each shrimp with a heaping spoonful of the filling.
- Bake to perfection: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place shrimp in a greased dish, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 15–20 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and optional extra herbs or paprika.
