- 1 package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 can regular corn, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, canned corn, sour cream, melted butter, and eggs. Stir until well-blended.
- Sprinkle in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasonings to taste.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.

Notes
