Delicious cheeseburger bombs filled with gooey cheese, savory beef, and fragrant garlic, perfect for comfort cravings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Mix in the cheddar and parmesan until melted.
  3. Roll out pizza dough to a quarter inch thick and cut into squares, about 4 inches in size.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cheesy beef mixture in the center of each dough square. Gather the edges and pinch them to seal.
  5. Put the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush melted butter on top and sprinkle with fresh herbs or extra parmesan.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, then let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Avoid overfilling the bombs to prevent bursting during baking. Experiment with spices for added flavor.
