- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 package pizza dough
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Mix in the cheddar and parmesan until melted.
- Roll out pizza dough to a quarter inch thick and cut into squares, about 4 inches in size.
- Place a spoonful of the cheesy beef mixture in the center of each dough square. Gather the edges and pinch them to seal.
- Put the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush melted butter on top and sprinkle with fresh herbs or extra parmesan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, then let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Avoid overfilling the bombs to prevent bursting during baking. Experiment with spices for added flavor.
